FlashPoint has spent years vetting internal and external resources to help new firms get to market. We have long standing releationships with manufacturers, prototype sources, and technical resources.

FlashPoint's core team is small, designed to reduce overhead to potential clients. Depending on client and project needs, we develop a full multi-functional team using our preferred team members. These team members are highly experienced, and are attached to projects on an as-needed basis. Our network of preferred team members numbers over 25, and includes experts in industrial design, strategy, mechanical design, injection molding, electronics, packaging, and sales.

Tucker Marion, Managing Partner

FlashPoint's managing partner is Tucker Marion. Tucker is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Bucknell University, holds a Master's from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School in Technology Management, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State. He has held numerous product development and manufacturing positions at large corporations, including Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation. While at Wharton, Tucker got the bug to start his own company, and shortly thereafter he co-founded the Innovation Factory, where he headed product development and operations.

After leaving the Innovation Factory, he began FlashPoint Development, leading the design effort for numerous consumer and technical projects. Tucker is an Assistant Professor at Northeastern University's College of Business and School of Technological Entrepreneurship, specializing in product development, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
